2007

American Standard Foundation Repair is founded in Memphis, TN.
2009

We expand and open our branch in Knoxville, TN, and joined The National Foundation Repair Association.
2010

Another expansion! We open our location in Rogers/Fayette, AR.
2011

We expand operations with a new office in New Orleans, LA to fulfill the Road Home Program for the US Government. We help with the recovery and rebuilding process after Hurricane Katrina by lifting homes above the 500 year floodplain.
2013

ASFR starts providing commercial and industrial foundation repair.
2014

Our team expands service to include all major forms of underpinning, including segmental concrete piers, segmental steel piers, and helical piers.
2016

We purchase a new structure, which now serves as our corporate headquarters!
2018

ASFR founder and owner Jae Wells is elected to the Board of Directors for the National Repair Association.
2019

ASFR becomes the first company in US history to require all inspectors to pass the National Certified Foundation Repair Specialist Exam in order to work for our company.
2022

Jae Wells, founder and owner, is elected President of The National Foundation Repair Association.
2023

ASFR expands again! We increase our scope of work, making extensive equipment purchases including skid steers, backhoes, concrete pumps, asphalt resurfacing rigs, polyurethane rigs, and more. All of this is to facilitate improved workflow and efficiency.
2024

We win a contract to be the exclusive distributor and installer for Slabsure for the state of Tennessee.
