In-Home Foundation Repair Sales Representative

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | $75,000–$120,000+ Per Year (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform in-home inspections of foundation, crawlspace, and basement issues
  • Educate homeowners and build trust through consultative selling
  • Present custom repair solutions and close sales
  • Follow up with customers and manage appointments through CRM tools
  • Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work evenings and Saturdays as needed (homeowner availability)

Foundation Repair Foreman

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | $60,000–$85,000+ Per Year (Base + Bonuses + OT)

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and manage a crew on residential foundation repair jobs
  • Read and interpret job scopes, drawings, and installation plans
  • Operate equipment (excavators, lifts, power tools) safely and efficiently
  • Install foundation systems such as helical piers, push piers, wall supports, and drainage solutions
  • Ensure job quality, cleanliness, and homeowner satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and report project progress to management
  • Train and mentor new crew members
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and inspectors

Typical Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some Saturdays and travel may be required)

Foundation Repair Technician

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | $17–$20/Hour + Overtime + Benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the installation of foundation repair systems including helical piers, push piers, wall anchors, carbon fiber, sump pumps, and drainage systems
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment (e.g., mini-excavators, jackhammers)
  • Work in crawlspaces, basements, and exterior foundation areas
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris
  • Follow safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness standards
  • Take direction from the foreman and work efficiently as part of a crew
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and represent the company with integrity

Typical Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), occasional Saturdays and travel
  • On occasion, work day may extend beyond 5:00 PM but this will not be regular and will mostly be seasonal.
