Settling an Oxford Home

The Challenge
A foundation inspection from our team identified significant settlement occurring along one side of this home. The uneven settlement was causing the home to sink on one side. If left unaddressed, this progressive settlement would continue to worsen, potentially leading to more severe structural issues down the line.
Our Solution
After evaluating the settlement pattern and soil conditions, our team determined that concrete push piers would provide the optimal solution for stabilization. We excavated along the affected side of the home and installed our push piers, securing the foundation to the pier system for permanent stabilization.
Results
This foundation repair project successfully resolved all the settlement issues affecting the home. The concrete push pier installation effectively halted the settlement and allowed for leveling of the previously sinking side.
