Tired of Tripping Over Sinking Concrete?
Sunken slabs can damage vehicles, create liability risks, and lower curb appeal.
Uneven sections in your driveway or sidewalk
Water pooling against your foundation
Settled pool decks or patio slabs
Memphis soils can shift, wash out, or compact over time, leaving voids under your concrete. As the support disappears, slabs begin to sink and tilt. Replacing concrete is expensive and disruptive, and if the soil problem isn’t addressed, the new slab can settle too.
Our polyurethane concrete lifting process raises slabs back toward their original position, fills voids, and supports the concrete for long-term performance, often at a fraction of the cost and time of full replacement.

As part of a Real Estate Transaction foundation repairs were required. ASF was contracted to complete the repairs required by the Engineering Company. Jeff was our point of contact. He was proactive, informative and knowledgeable! The team of workers were real go getter’s! Without ASF not sure the transaction would have happened! No doubt I would recommend American Standard Foundation! Thanks Again ASF! Keith Woods Crye-Leike Realtors Affiliate BrokerPosted on Google![]()

I had put my 120-year-old home on the market and learned from an inspection that there was an issue with sagging foundation in one room. I called American Standard Foundation Repair and James came to look at it and gave me an estimate. He very clearly described what would be done. When I got the information to sign and approve starting the work, I looked at the things that could possibly happen - cracks in plaster, windows that wouldn't open, and I was concerned. They scheduled the work as soon as they could because there was already an offer on the house contingent on this being done. They completed the work in a half a day and I can't believe the difference it made in that floor. It feels very solid now, not a rickety old wooden floor. They were very professional from the start, during the work and follow up. No damage was done on the inside of the house at all.Posted on Google![]()

Nice to see good service still exists in Memphis. Prompt, courteous, and they showed up when they said they would show up. Imagine that! They didn’t over quote me like the other 2 places did. I appreciated the honesty. That goes a long way with me. James Stone and his crew were total pros. They all shook my hand upon completion. First class all around.Posted on Google![]()

From receptionist, to sales, to execution, 100%- I had several estimates done and ultimately went with American Standard because they did not use scare tactics or overkill. They realize their clients were not planning for foundation issues and were there to educate me in a compassionate and personable way that gave me full confidence I made the right choice. The work performed was done with the same level of care. They protected areas of my home and were very respectful. These guys even showed up and worked in the rain! I made sure I kept some drinks on hand for them to give back a little respect that they showed my home. I cannot recommend American Standard Foundation enough. They issued a transferable lifetime warranty, I will give them one back, customer for life!Posted on Google![]()

Chris did a great job going through our flooding situation, identified the cause quickly, and explained the quote thoroughly. I really felt like he cared about fixing our flooding issue quickly and making sure that I got great value out of the solution suggested. Nobody likes to have a problem with their house or to have to pay for a big repair. It is easier to do with some confidence that the solution can work, the installation will be prompt, and that you’re getting great value for what it costs. I would recommend American Standard and will contact them again if I ever need them.Posted on Google![]()

We had a great experience with this company for our crawl space cleanup and encapsulation. Chris Slayton was our main point of contact and was fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and clear in his communication from start to finish. The crew was efficient and respectful of our home. A minor issue came up afterward, but they owned it immediately and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see that level of accountability. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing crawl space work done right.Posted on Google![]()

We drill small injection ports in the slab and inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete. As the foam expands, it gently raises and supports the slab.

Frequently Asked Questions About Concrete Leveling
Is concrete lifting cheaper than replacing my concrete?
In most cases, yes. Lifting existing slabs is typically less expensive and much faster than demo and replacement, especially when factoring in haul-off, forming, and curing time.
How long does polyurethane concrete lifting last?
Polyurethane foam doesn’t wash out like loose fill materials and is designed to be long-lasting. As long as the surrounding soil is stable and drainage is managed, the results are very durable.
Will there be visible patches after lifting?
We patch the small injection holes after lifting. These areas may be visible up close but typically blend in over time. Most homeowners find this far preferable to mismatched new sections.
How soon can I use my driveway or sidewalk again?
In many cases, within hours. We’ll let you know when it’s safe to drive or walk on your lifted concrete.
Can you lift every type of settled concrete?
Most residential slabs can be lifted, but severely broken, crumbling, or structurally unsound concrete may need replacement instead. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way.
