As part of a Real Estate Transaction foundation repairs were required. ASF was contracted to complete the repairs required by the Engineering Company. Jeff was our point of contact. He was proactive, informative and knowledgeable! The team of workers were real go getter’s! Without ASF not sure the transaction would have happened!
No doubt I would recommend American Standard Foundation!

I had put my 120-year-old home on the market and learned from an inspection that there was an issue with sagging foundation in one room. I called American Standard Foundation Repair and James came to look at it and gave me an estimate. He very clearly described what would be done. When I got the information to sign and approve starting the work, I looked at the things that could possibly happen - cracks in plaster, windows that wouldn't open, and I was concerned. They scheduled the work as soon as they could because there was already an offer on the house contingent on this being done. They completed the work in a half a day and I can't believe the difference it made in that floor. It feels very solid now, not a rickety old wooden floor. Nice to see good service still exists in Memphis. Prompt, courteous, and they showed up when they said they would show up. Imagine that! They didn’t over quote me like the other 2 places did. From receptionist, to sales, to execution, 100%- I had several estimates done and ultimately went with American Standard because they did not use scare tactics or overkill. They realize their clients were not planning for foundation issues and were there to educate me in a compassionate and personable way that gave me full confidence I made the right choice.
The work performed was done with the same level of care. They protected areas of my home and were very respectful. These guys even showed up and worked in the rain! I made sure I kept some drinks on hand for them to give back a little respect that they showed my home.

Chris did a great job going through our flooding situation, identified the cause quickly, and explained the quote thoroughly. I really felt like he cared about fixing our flooding issue quickly and making sure that I got great value out of the solution suggested. Nobody likes to have a problem with their house or to have to pay for a big repair. It is easier to do with some confidence that the solution can work, the installation will be prompt, and that you’re getting great value for what it costs. We had a great experience with this company for our crawl space cleanup and encapsulation. Chris Slayton was our main point of contact and was fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and clear in his communication from start to finish. The crew was efficient and respectful of our home. A minor issue came up afterward, but they owned it immediately and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated. American Standard Foundation Repair were fantastic! They provided us with a timely bid that addressed multiple foundation issues in our basement with a joint/combo solution (that no one else offered) at a competitive price. Kevin was punctual on the arrival time of our appointment.  I showed him some areas of concern and he offered several ideas for solutions to the cracked patio area at our home here in North Knoxville. Whenever I am making a decision to select a person to do work for me. I first look at how professional they are during our first encounter. That is my deciding factor, when I need something majorly done around our home. And these guys came prepared, and their communication was excellent during a repair process. I couldn't be more impressed with Mike and his team. We had them out to our house in Bella Vista to do an estimate for a drainage issue that his been a problem for almost a year. Instead of just throwing out a super expensive price tag right off the bat, Mike and Brandon took the time to work out a strategy with me that I could do myself. I asked American Standard Foundation to do some work on my mothers place. She had an old barn that had some serious issues. His crew came in and re-supported the foundation and repaired the cracks. They also helped do some gutter work to help get the water away from the home and barn. Came in on budget and really did a great job. Cleanup was excellent as well.
