Robin first joined the legal team for American Standard Foundation Repair, LLC in 2022, and has been a member of the “team” ever since then. Beginning in 2025, Mrs. Winchester-Webb has helped to support, represent, and grow ASFR, American Standard Foundation Repair, LLC, and the National Association of Foundation Repair, and to enhance the local and national standing of each organization.
A fourth-generation attorney in the Memphis area with The Winchester Law Firm, Mrs. Winchester-Webb has over twenty-two (22) years of experience helping businesses incorporate, grow, alleviate risk, and strategize for continued success. In addition to business law, Mrs. Winchester-Webb focuses her legal practice on construction law, real estate law and litigation, collections for her business clients, land use, contract law and disputes, and civil litigation. We are excited that she is now General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for ASFR and its affiliate organizations.
